03/27/2011 - Annual Meeting
04/25/2010 - Board Meeting was held at Pat O'Rourkes home. All board members were present. Minutes
4/11/2010 - Annual Meeting was held at Bethany. A quorum of owners was present in person or by proxy (total 55 owners). 1 new board member was voted in.
12/22/2008 - Updated 2008 owner list was posted to the website today, along with meeting minutes from a Board meeting in February. Also added a method for owners to subscribe their email to a newsgroup which may be used to post questions and comments to your fellow owners.
12/9/2007 - Annual Homeowner's Assocation meeting was held at 3pm at Bethany Methodist Church. A quorum of owners (>46) was present and heard President Pat O'Rourke talk about the stone wall construction, 2007 expenses, the 2008 budget and more. Elections were held and 5 new owners were voted onto the Board, bringing the total to 9 Board Members for 2008. 5/21 - Fence taken down, wall construction on East side of Centennial is set to start. Expect 3-6 weeks to construct the 7' 4" wall on that side.
4/9/2007 - Mailer to 92 homeowners was sent (from www.usps.com). Two payment options are available.
3/31/2007 - Board meeting (7:30-9pm) at Pat's house, with Pat, Rich, Ray, Mark and Ken in attendance. Discussion of final costs for wall project aimed at determining the payment needed by each owner, and the time schedule for same. Many action items identified, including considering 1st payments due by 5/1/07 if we can get a mailer out in time.
1/21/2007 - Board meeting (3-4pm) at Pat's house, with Pat, Rich, John, Mark and Ken in attendance, along with John McIntyre (structural engineer). Discussion involved many wall project issues. At the end of the meeting the motion was made by John Ryder, seconded by Rich Siegmund, and all voted in favor of pursuing the Region's Bank loan. Following the meeting Pat, Rich and John Ryder walked the existing wood fence-line with John McIntyre, and discussed options for the appearance and location of the stone wall.
1/8/2007 - List of recent actions:
- Interviewed and selected engineering firm ( McIntyre & McIntyre )
- Had review meeting with Travis County, Cash Construction, engineering firm, Greats Walls of Texas
- Held meetings with Regions Bank and Wells Fargo regarding wall financing..
- Have pre approval from Regions Bank for 9% rate.
- Held meeting with Travis County about preserving trees next to fence line
12/13/2006 - Board meeting to review wall votes, with approval of the stone wall project (see minutes for details)
12/3/2006 - Meeting with vote on stone wall project
11/26/2006 - Board meeting held at Pat O'Rourkes home at 3pm. General discussion about the document changes and the stone wall project. Meeting ended around 5pm.
11/17/2006 - Board meeting held at Pat O'Rourkes home at 8pm. Bob Roach has resigned from the Board and Ken Mills was appointed to his position until the next election. General discussion about the wall project, and about the proposed changes to our community documents. Meeting ended around 9:45pm.
11/11/2006 - Board meeting held at Pat O'Rourkes home at 3pm. No formal actions were taken. Four board members were present (O'Rourke, O'Connor, Siegmund and Young). Meeting ended at around 5pm. Most of the discussion was about the proposed wall and the numerous work items which remain to be completed by the Board.
11/5/2006 - Board meeting held at Pat O'Rourkes home at 6:30pm. No actions were taken as only 3 board members attended. 2 homeowners were present for the majority of the meeting which ended at 9:30pm. 11/3/2006 - Special meeting announcement flyer hand delivered to all homeowners. Meeting is scheduled for 12/3 at Bethany United Methodist Church (a new location for us!).
10/28/2006 - Meeting held at Pat O'Rourkes home at 1pm with 7 homeowners adjacent to proposed stone wall. Topics discussed included payment options, construction timeline, County progress and reimbursement for our fence obsolescence, and other related topics. This one-page document was provided to homeowners.
10/27/2006 - Meeting at entrance to EOB with wall construction company owner and several board members.
9/17/2006 - Board meeting held at Pat O'Rourkes home at 6pm. Meeting minutes submitted, will be posted on website after they are approved by the Board. Key actions at this meeting included a decision to not accept election results because a quorum (2/3rds of homeowners) was not achieved at the 9/10 Annual meeting. Board decided to appoint Ray Young to expired term of Kelly Bahrs, and to extend terms of John Ryder and Randall Stephens. Terms for Young, Ryder and Stephens will each last until the 2007 general elections.
9/10/2006 - Annual Meeting held at Hope Presbyterian Church. Representative Mark Strama spoke on the topics of education and roads, and answered questions afterwards. Pat O'Rourke (Board President) covered topics of general interest. Peter Bahrs made a presentation on fence and roof replacement. Elections were held
